Itna sannata kyun hai aaj??

Khair, main hi bak leti hu thoda. I was just browsing through some old AryLie scenes, It's been kind of 15-20 episodes since he has entered. Usually, when we have a 3rd party situation like an Aryan enter in the lead's lives, it has always been evident that the main leads will end up together, despite how much the 3rd angle is likeable. But this is the first time I have seen that the 3rd angle is being shown stronger than the main hero and also a first, at least for me, where they are showing different signs of Imlie's destiny aligning with that of Aryan. Like when she took the hostel room keys, she was walking and parallelly Aryan was running to get his sister back from the temple, or Aditya and Imlie walking parallelly towards the temple, and Aryan running the same path Imlie is walking, parallel lines never meet which highlight both are going separate ways, whereas Aryan's path is converging with Imlie. Then we surely know about the Ganesh ji sign or the red foot imprints of Imlie in Aryan's home.

I am in 2 minds about this, but I think that Imlie's destiny as per the story arc is coming back towards her in a roundabout fashion. Like she was meant to meet Aryan, but she had to walk down the Aditya Kumar Tripathi lane to reach him. What are your views on this?

😆 I missed dropping comments throughout the day - back to back cases && had to deal with some passive aggressive people. two days in a row of silly nitpicking, hopefully tomorrow will be a charm 🤪

anyway, I felt like Aryan's dialogue today (as well as Anuj's from Anupamaa) were the pep talks I needed. Ofc the leading ladies needed these pearls of wisdom, too. It's true, we need to care, respect, and love ourselves because no one else will do it for us. Despite all the people that may surround and support us, when we're alone and have to face our internal demons, only our strength of character and will can lift us up.

I really love how you described AryLie as converging lines - it absolutely fits the trajectory of their story. While Imlie is stuck in a quagmire, Aryan is steadfast in his determination. Until she is ready to move forward, he is picking up the slack. I don't seem him carrying the weight of their relationship (whatever it may be) but lifting her up until she can equally match him.

The amount of warmth, kindness, and openness he showed Imlie blew me away. It was unexpected, relatable and tastefully executed. It's silly to say but I could feel myself holding my breath and feel sense of release. Goodness knows why I'm carrying his tension, too. Shayad udhar hai mujhe😆

Back to track ... Finally it seemed as if Aryan had someone he could unburden himself to and the manner in which he did it, I can believe the background story they've given him. I can feel his loneliness, and the weight he must've carried. I loved how Imlie took a moment to still, to think and absorb, and dry her tears. If Aryan is in her corner; I can see her achieving her goals, picking herself up, and respecting herself.

Fahmaan/Aryan absolutely stole my heart today.

As for the meme, hopefully Adi watched that show && learned a few tricks 😆

What I expected to be turnaround game for Adi hit the fan when he told Malini she's invited to the Anniversary part 🤪 His desire to be politically correct and likeable reminds me of Aristotle's "Friend to all friend to none."

My heart just melted the way he said that whatever she has accomplished so far is her talent and nothing else. The whole thing about making her a freelance feature writer so that she can also dedicate time to her studies was so thoughtful! I don't know what they will do with Aryan later, but for now, I'm just loving these small little unique traits of his. On the surface, he may be just another Gul hero with those random rude acts (which I think is just Gul's way of drawing attention to the character) but this guy has those elements which make him stand out. The one thing that I absolutely LOVED about him was that he did not hesitate one bit to give her her due praise when she succeeded professionally. He didn’t do faltu ka drama and attribute her victory to luck or nitpick on other factors that weren't as per the plan and nor did he put his ego before it all. He praised her, sincerely. He didn't do it to goad or belittle Adi, even though that did end up happening in the process, his intentions were clear. The man has my heart as of now.

Why he offered her his hand? I don't know. The only thing she's done differently is shown him her worth. Until now, she was first a radom stranger, then someone who he offered the job to because she saved his sister's life. While he could read her, there was nothing to prove that she was worth his time and attention. Now, he knows what she's capable of and that she can butt heads with him in the true sense - her words are no longer just verbal sparring to prove herself right. It isn't an ego thing. It's truly her character. And ASR is affected by it.

@bold: absolutely love this analysis. I find him genuine. People with this character trait - even when they do or say something directly, people think they're trying to be appealing or appeasing. Perhaps, we live in a world of ulterior motives so genuine action is evaluated far more stringently with hyperawareness. Aryan doesn't mix his emotions, his work or function off of a whim; and tries to live life regimented with sincerety to avoid unexpected calamities. I also think he rather address what he sees as grey or adversities without any form of subterfuge or traps. He is good enough to deal with whatever may come. He's not out to create fires wherever possible ... he rather go for the jugular and end game. When complimenting Imlie, without coddling her, he proves again that he can be objective.

Ok behenas, my take on the episode:

Ek to, I thoroughly enjoyed Aryan bulldozing over DiDiji's intentions😆 in one go. "Sautan drama" and "cheap complications"🤣. It was hilarious yet showed that Aryan is a man of his word. He will never indulge in sick games, and he actually reiterated my thoughts I had posted previously, when he said, "I don't need you, but you surely seem to need me." Imlie is absolutely on point when she calls him "Fast Forward", cause he finished Malini and left with swag in just 2 mins. He had no time for her rubbish and did not entertain it. Aur log sochte hai ye villain hai. Bhai villain me bhi dum hona chahiye. At least he has confidence he is absolutely fine on his own. Let alone that, if Imlie comes to mean something to him in the future, can you imagine ye ma-beti ka kya ukhaad sakta hai. I am up for it totally.

Coming to Aryan's scene with Imlie, come to think of it, I am thoroughly surprised that she has been 1 year in this marriage, and ye basic cheeze like a cab app or emergency app, Imlie ko kisine sikhayi nahi, ya dikhayi nahi. Come on.Hadh hai bro. Aditya Kumar Tripathi, being the chief reporter, did not have the time or inclination to get this done. Usko chodo, Tripathis kya kar rahe the bhai. Ab main soch rahi hu, ek saal se kya ukhaad liya inn logo ne???In fact jab woh laut ke nahi aane ka soch ke nikli, tab jaake usko phone mila. Ye log kaunsi duniya me rehte hai?? and then, these creatures are defended till thy kingdom come, because they oh so love Imlie. Bhai bachchi ke baare me fikar karte ho to bachchi ko defences to do, safety net to do. Ye banda jo kuch din huye hai aaya hai, usme ye basic knowledge hai, to tum log karte kya ho yaar.

Another scene that stood out to me was the sibling scene. Not because it was very important, but because it took 10 days for Rupi and Nishant to come and speak to Aditya about this? Why couldn't they address this before? And now that they did, how come Aditya agreed so easily to send Malini away. When Imlie said a similar thing, was she speaking in Hebrew?? When Rupi drew the comparison with her life and elaborated how AC behaves, then they recalled, oh how much Imlie has to suffer and is compelled to be the martyr. One year se yahi nonsense chal raha hai - Imlie's martyrdom. Tab kisiko yaad nahi aayi kya. Rupi didi, took too long to address it. Crazy people.

Coming to my insight into the upcoming drama. It seems Imlie and Aryan are to be trapped, and that emergency app will come into play here. Aryan will leave her, Imlie will be in trouble. She will try calling Aditya, but Malini will facilitate that he reaches on the spot at the right time, before that Imlie will reach out to Aryan, he would save her, console her, offer his jacket, and as usual Mr. Tripathi being the ass he is will again assume what he wants to assume. In this drama, rains always bring endings that lead to new beginnings. One more thing I feel, seeing Imlie's situation and how events are transpiring in her life, Aryan will be all the more fixated to teach Aditya a lesson and set him straight in his own way. I just hope Imlie signs and gets the hell out of this misery.

Right? I guess it worked out. Aditya stayed stupid long enough for Aryan and Imlie to progress the tiniest bit 😂 And ragging on Aditya has become a favourite pastime of mine. I'd feel bad for the guy except he brings it on himself. And apparently this guy is now inviting Malini to the anniversary party. I mean wow. *slow clap* In other news have you seen today's yet? I am giddy to watch it. I can't wait for your thoughts and all the discussion here.

as always, absolutely entertained and appreciated your post!

but just can't help dying laughing at the "was she speaking Hebrew" part 🤣🤣 d e a d

Adi gave me whiplash last epi. I mean, he has been flip-flopping recently but the "reuniting" plan was all over the place. Although, he solidified my opinion that it won't matter whether or not Malini lives in T house because she had left her mark. Adi also hasn't learned to create boundaries because he so readily gave Malini permission to attend his anniversary celebration 🤪

Also, honestly, the candles around Inlie's photo today with the mini cake was ridiculous. While it was supposed to be cute, I'm seriously wondering whether or not Adi is suffering from a mental break. && couldn't he have texted Imlie?! I think she would have even picked up his call bc she's so vulnerable at this point in time.
