Are international votes counted?

We can’t access voot outside India but when it’s voting time, we can see the nominations and vote for it. But I have heard some say they’re not counted so is that true?

Kisi votes ka koyi matlab nahi count bhi nahi hoga international as well as Indian tho don't worry and enjoy the show😂😂
