Also, I think most actors who are leads make a lot of money anyways. I think its the small actors that have issues.
The pay scale for TV leads of popular series are a lot. They earn lakhs per week. Even if they don't get work after a while, if they have invested wisely.. they are not going to starve.

I have seen many Ekta tv serial actors too on the channel. There used to be some series shot in Dubai, I cant remember though.

he did a colors show tu ashiqui as villain. Was he that big back in the day? I remember his Hatim and another show he did which was a family drama - he had a silk making company (I think) and had to let go of it and bcm bankrupt cause one day his son saw how moths die for silk making and was upset and he wanted to find alternative way to make silk.
