Arre, no sorry - humein laga kahin you didn't like the episode or what, which would have surprised me seeing how good GM was today.

But reading through your post gave me the assurance that we all are seeing the same thing - how bechara Adi is being destroyed, yet everyone else gets to play the victim card.

GM was on another level - be it his confrontation, his anger, his hurt or even the utter madness when he was leaving ASR ka ghar, he played everything to perfection. His utter despair at Imlie threatening to not even show her face to him again, pushed him to the point that he chose to drink alcohol - for a teetotaler, choosing to drink alcohol is a huge deal - only Imlie could've have pushed him to this point, which she did today.

I have a lot to say, and am still gathering my thoughts, so will add to what I have mentioned above, but today Adi looked like uski duniya lut gayi - jo Imlie ne hi ki hai. Isse zyada ASR kya hi kar sakta hai - it is like beating a dead horse - mare huye ko koi aur kitna hi koi maar sakta hai.

yup my thoughts are all over the place too Aps...just struck me though ki udhaarwala ne bol ki pehle pehchaan cheen lega, phir zindagi, phir may be pyaar who knows...but the thing is ki for Adi all of that is tied only and only to Imlie...toh like you said udhaarwala toh kuch nahi kar sakta....haan uske aane ke baad shaayad hua...but Imlie's the one both holding the gun and pulling the trigger...at least the Imlie they're showing us and probably will if they're so hell bent on crucifying and slaughtering him...Adi can zone out the entire world...only Imlie can give him this amount of pain

Aaj toh Imlie ka disconnect was the height - she came across as immature, shallow, egotistic, childish, vengeful and most of all manipulative - today DD ka har ilzam Imlie ne prove kar diya. DD jo bolti thi that she is young, immature, doesn't know her taste yet, will change her loyalties given a chance, will want to experience new things because she never got that opportunity because she is from a village, will go behind a man who will give her rich experiences - every accusations she made about Imlie came true today and I feel sick that it had to come to this.

Imlie today just knew the place to hurt that will cause Adi the most pain, and did exactly that. Her reminding him that she is a guest here and not a naukrani - kahe ki guest, she came as a kirayedaar on someone's ehsaan - man she is giving me DD vibes - which I hate even more. Also her taunt that she was welcomed as a guest rather than treated like a naukrani - wasn't she the one who told the T's she came to the city for work - so how is that bill phadoed also on Adi, as if he said that she is a naukrani - all he said was PD wale sent her with him and he did not want to deal with her, baaki ka toh Imlie madam ne khud apne aap ko naukrani bulwaya - but nahi, usme bhi Adi ki hi galti hai

Her words, her behaviour and most of all her expectation that after the night before, Adi is to behave normally with her and actually praise her for driving her boss's car and coming out of the car with his bag - "LOUD CLAPS" waah bhai, isse bolte height of hypocrisy.

In sab ke baad I am sorry but I am truly saying - this version of Imlie doesn't deserve Adi - he really needs to rid of both Chaturvedi sisters at this point of time (sorry to call Imlie as a Chaturvedi, but right now I am solidly pissed at her).

sorry aps i did not like the episode... it took a lot of effort for me to try to be coherent and vent.. waise bhi i am not good at it yeh AY ka department hai.. but we both ahve been so put off ke we just couldn;'t even;.. this is mainly for GM and GM caz he was Just plain EXCELLENT... again i hate hate hate the same bewada hero trope it is the one that makes me throw up caz it is too easy to show a hero being a chawaal what i call easy to be a lsoer but adi ka Drunk hona did not come from that and that matters.. Adi was pushed to the edge so hard and again he doesn';t seem to amke it a habbit and GM jsut played it so differentlya nd in a non cliche manner.. that thsi misadventure resulted for thw accute sense of Hurt that feeling deserted.. and he wasn't proud of it.. he did sure did some besharmi ke maa ke samne kar lo but sab Sarcasm tha. man those Hysteric laughs in between I cannot.... i watchted this scene more then the actal fight caz bheja fry

yehi toh mera issue hai.. yehi toh mera rona hai ke imlie Kuch aur nahi keh paayi caz she somewhere knew he was right HAQ hai uska you can't take it away she knew he can very well excercise that but because he doesn't and wnat to talk she played him dirty she played the card she knew she would get results form.. if this sin;t emotional manipualtion what is? and since when has imlei been an emotional Manipualtor?? yeh didi ko bura kehte kehte khud didi ko boli bolne lagi? dikha khoon same hai aaj dono behno main. that whole ke ok shakal bhi nahi dikahyenge wala shayad na chale toh she went a notch higher with hum apni ziandahghi hi tabah kar denge with goign back.. caz adi would never want that uss guilt ke saath toh woh kabhi na reh paaya.. she knwos what it means for him her success her khwabs theya re his and so it worked..

funnily enough iw as sayign ab adi will say Hum toh iss loiye peete hain ke Tumhe bardasht kar sakein imlie ko bhool sakein to M soon 😆 and wohi hua.. except Malini si no chadarmukhi she has no bloody insaniyaat...

arre aajj do baar bola jala daalega barbvaad kar dega.. blah blah blah plan koi hai nahi bak hawa main bakwaas karte raho for footage and ruin anyhting else.. Legit thappad kaha.. +1 to Bold - while Adi today was Devdas - Malini is definitely neither Chunni babu nor Chandramukhi.

Oh I FF'ed most of the episode as well, so I did not like the episode much either - have no patience for Udharwala (love this nickname for him) or his lame MU of why he holds Adi responsible for his BIL's death. I just focused on both Adi's scenes, and they literally broke my heart.

Thank you NM for this thread, because I truly feel that GM does not get appreciated enough. Adi as a character is so flawed, that like he said, misunderstanding him and holding him responsible for everything is very easy. While Imlie had a point when she left him, she no longer has the right to keep him on a leash like she currently is doing. On one hand she tells him that he has no rights over her and cannot even do simple things for her like worry about her safety or think about her well being, but on the other hand, everytime she gets something, Adi is the first person she expects to congratulate her or give her shaabashi, or think about her, or worry about her. Matlab haq kisi bhi cheez ka mat do, but expectations har cheez ka rakho - if this is not hypocrisy, then I don't know what is.
