So Twitter gets an Indian CEO. So now thatās Twitter, Google, Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, Pepsi, Mastercard, Barclays and WeWork. Talk about Indian takeoveršjust waiting for white people to start complaining about how weāre taking their jobs?š
Jokes apart, Iām happy to see it but only if it means they will try and recruit a more diverse workforce not just at the lower levels of the organisation, but one that is also reflected in top tier management/executives/board of directors etc. Also how nice to see weāre moving away from just doctors/engineers to freakinā CEOs and absolute bosses š
Side note - I had this conversation with a friend and their first reaction was about how most of them are from the South. Hum nahi badlenge.š
