Had harshad not been in the pairing I doubt this season series would have this crazy online fan base.. The fact IF ranking of ye rishta is 1 says it all..
Yes,the age difference is apparent and makers should hv stick to that rather than portraying Abhimanyu of same age group
i think the first thing I noticed with the first promo introducing the new cast is how much younger Akshara looks to Aarohi seeing Akshu is the eldest sister and Aarohi is the younger one. But I think the age difference between them is maybe 1-2 years and some people just age differently.
Also when I found out Harshad is the new male lead, I did wonder how that will work out. I watched Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil and that was like 12/13 years ago where he was the male lead but I must he has worked really hard on himself because he looks so much younger now then he did in Kis Desh….🤯.
I think the age difference can work as long as the acting and chemistry is convincing enough. Pranali does have a very baby face but if she can be convincing in her acting, it shouldn’t be an issue. It took me sometime to warm up to Shivangi and Mohsin as Naira and Karthik and I do think Pranali is a better actor than Shivangi was when she first started in the show.
I also agree about Akshu’s styling. Aarohi has a better style (at least better than Akshu) at the moment but I do hope they don’t go too OTT with Akshu’s style as the show goes on like they did with Naira.
