So in the first few episodes when she was with Arjun there were a lot of things that indicated that what she felt was not actually love but involved questions of her self worth

She tells Naina that she can’t believe someone as rich as Arjun would like her, and she hardly every blushed around him or had any emotional intimacy asides Arjun passing pick up lines types and flattering her.

I think she did deeply care for Arjun and was sincere about wanting to make it work but given the environment she grew up in (with a mom that constantly judges the girls’ worth by their husband’s status) she probably subconsciously was feeling lucky that someone like that wanted a relationship with her

With Anurag I think she’s beginning to understand the actual stuff that shows the quality of a relationship. Around the time Anurag came, she had already gotten into her personal hell and so she can appreciate what they both could really have

since i didn't watch those episode nor i will but thanks for telling me. so arjun and her was not like the couple. with anurag she is feeling what true feelings is like even though we know she hasn't like anurag like that yet. this mean anurag is her life partner.

Ok I dont know if you guys noticed, but 2 things caught my attention in the episode. How significant it is I dont know but still :

1) when buffoon told Anurag tht he is not leaving the country. She is the eldest and he will listen to her and do as she wants, Anurags reply was : if you are stubborn, than I am your grandson and stubborn too. I made up my mind tht I am leaving so I am leaving

2) Anurag told Sharmila Pishi that he knows SHE and HIS DAD are upset by his decision to leave

No where did he mention the buffoon

For me this is hope tht Anurag wont get influenced by buffoon when she comes with her Priyanka crap . He is stubborn enough to take his own decision and from yesterdays episode its also without doubt that Anurag cannot stay without Kajol anymore. She and her thoughts have taken full control over Anurag now. So I dont see him accepting or even saying yes to someone else. Unless buffoon starts her emotional blackmail

Also him only considering his Pishi and his dad being upset with him leaving the country and not once mentioning tht old hag, also seems as if he doesnt consider her presence. Yes he has respect for his Dida, but he is not really bothered abt her.

And if she comes with her Priyanka nonsense, I dont know wht he'll do.

In the mindframe tht Anurag is now, he is capable of blasting anyone who comes with nonsense to him

And why do I get the feeling tht Abhishek is already fed up of this old hag and might blast her very badly one day.

This buffoon has a husband and family somewhere, why doesnt she leave ??? But I hv hope she'll leave and wont be a permanent in the Basu household

Bold- yes yes I noticed this and I was so happy to see him do that, italics wow I did not notice this at all.

I hope he does polite chop of buffoon also if she messes with Sharmila. Just because buffoon is his Nani doesn’t mean she can get away with disrespecting Sharmila- she not only brought him up but also remains his closest friend and guide in life.

And yes I would totally love to see Abhishek do this chop also.
Underline- I would have thought the same but at the end of the episode, a very frustrated Anurag decides not to allow his emotions take him over (lol when people say this that’s when they actually have let them take it over, Anurag would have understood his letter idea is a flop if he was not feeling so bad) and I worry he might make more hasty decisions just to convince himself he is moving on

I personally am not in favour of multiple marriages but I will be outraged if Anurag ends up marrying Priyanka : the story line had better not go in that direction.
