Editor saab apna khud ka role bhool gaye hain that as Editor, he should be deciding these things rather than running to the owner every 2 minutes. It's like saying in a school, a teacher should take every student assignment personally to the principal to get approval😕😆.....toh phir Teacher ka kya kaam hai bhai?

Owners are usually involved in decisions related to strategy and growth for the business....which owner has the time to be involved in daily menial decisions for a business? I've never heard of an owner being personally involved in internships....these are usually delegated to Managers to handle.

And for a Newspaper, they all the more should be maintaining the independence of an Editor as the head of the team who decides how the assignments are managed.....if the owner wants to personally handle all these things, why is the Editor even there? LOL let him run it as a one man army since he seems to consider himself the only one capable of doing all the jobs in an organization😕.

I'm just finding him very difficult to buy as an authority figure in this track even though everyone keeps claiming ki CEO hai toh he can treat anyone however he wants to.....phir toh ekdum typical hi hogaya like other shows na? Why even show a newspaper as the background then? Generic sa koi business dikhaa dete and Imlie ko lagaa dete as "secretary" wahaan.....lol since that is the extent of the kind of work this ASR is making her do in this track anyways.

Yeah kaunse owner ke paas itna time hai ke check kare bhaith ke cctv ya decide kare kaun kya submit karega..bhai we have managers and HR for these things like hiring decisions and promotions and demotions there is a whole workplace hierarchy heck owners don't even know their employees by name but ok sure they want to show itna bada paper isn't corporation and koi mohalle ka gossip column hai toh go ahead 😑

About imlie crying alone yes my heart melted and i do get a bit narrow sighted in terms of that I admit and I did tear up but then I also agree with AY on it ke it is not like someone stopped imlie from.sharing her khushi with them ok adi se iska tiff hai abhi toh kar le jaake Amma se share T fam se share waise bhi aana jaana sab hai and they all have happily adjusted to the new situation ke imlie toh bahaar rahe caz dravni but baaki ghar rahein again imlie kisi ne tumhein nikala nahi hai toh who and what is stopping her from sharing it with her apne.none of them at any point stopped being her apne or said they aren't ..heck adi khud wants to share every bit of her journey with her kaun rok raha hai isse . Imlie's helplessness as per me was coz she was not able to share this happiness with two people who are anchors of her wrt her career. SK and Adi. SK is in jail, Adi is in front of her eyes as she cannot share it with him.

I was just pondering on Imlie's stand, Is it a Zid or need to save her relation and make it even strong from root. What I felt is more than Zidd it is the need. As we want these two to unite even Imlie is craving for Saath of Adi. She knows Adi is with her and he loves her. That is not the issue we know. The issue is Adi is not able to see the danger hanging on the head. Till he is not able to see it and ready to accept to work on eliminating it from their life, Imlie has realized that things will always be on uncertain stage. The person will keep doing the startegies and Imlie will have to keep on fighting alone with the situation. Saath hoke bhi she will always have to fight alone. It will not only further hamper their life and togetherness but also effect Imlie on career front. She will never be able to focus on her career in such environment. So she has made this decision to put focus on her career and stop investing time on explaining Adi. They both love each other but at this point she cannot give loose thread. So thus her restlessness is shown in that scene. This is just as I saw it.

Imlie is not the kind to be compelled into doing things over a contract/piece of paper. She does things in emotional impulses but even then, nothing will make her accept calling another man her husband.

I don't know if I can put it correctly this new didi se kuch related drama where she may ask imlie to be with her n imlie might refuse so Aryan can dhamkao her on the internship thing?? Her behavior ryt now is more like Aryan ne diya to mili otherwise isko milti hi nahi as if she wasn't one the most deserving student for it..

Exactly....and this is why I'm reminded so much of how Didi kuch bhi senseless bakwaas karti hai like "main college nahin jaa sakti without needing someone to drive me daily"😕 and sab log sar jhuka ke maan lete hain🤪......same way this owner guy claims isko journalism ka kuch nahin pata phir bhi saare interns tak ke topics yeh personally supervise karega and sab log are shown easily getting cowed by his senseless "logic"..... lol kuch bhi.....ya toh maan lo ki journalism chahiye bhi nahin and apne hisaab se chalana hai.....why make these token statements claiming he defers to Editor/Adi ki knowledge on journalism?

But I feel Imlie is not the one thing who will bow down for the sake of the internship. Her character has not been designed like that. But if the makers want to butcher then they can do anything 😄

I agree she's not that type but they way they're showing h her behaviour these days got me thinking like this.. Just putting up a possibility.. Again saying not a marriage contract but something related to internship..

Ok. Might be possible becaue both Imlie and Aryan are lot of scenes coming up. Also saw some bits of them in his car. Hope we get to see some interesting progression.

I frankly don't think Imlie has thought about it as deeply as you are describing it here. I definitely do not get the sense that she left the house cuz she thought she wouldn't be able to focus on her career if she lived in that atmosphere😕😆......she only thought of her career AFTER she had walked out of the house in anger.....her career was not the reason she left.

As for zidd or need.....I think it's neither right now....she's trying her own brand of escapism it seems....she is fed up of trying to explain the M problem to Adi so she just wants a break from having to deal with him....lol....and that is why all her actions are impulsive too....jab mood hua MS bhasam kar diya, jab mood hua random fighting arena chale gaye, jab mood hua random internship offer from total stranger accept kar liya.....lol....jab mood hua footpath pe let liya, jab mood hua hostel mein rehne chale gaye😆, jab mood hua car dhone ko SM ka diya hua project maan liya.....etc. etc.

Yes, she misses Adi and will keep on yearning for him whenever she has moments of vulnerability....but overall toh she's just trying to use this internship as an escape mechanism right now more than anything else.....agar itna hi career pe focus hota toh all along hota.....no one asked her to sacrifice her career to babysit her Psycho Didi....she did that all on her own. Right now she's trying to hype this internship as the end all/be all of her career and the culmination of all her dreams....lol so we are supposed to forget in between how many times she was walking away from those dreams on her own and it was Adi that brought her back to her goals....lol.....we are instead expected to believe ki now she has understood the importance of waqt and mauka😆.

The ID card was one of those moments of vulnerability where she instinctively wanted to share a milestone/achievement with Adi.....but then khud ka vow yaad aa gaya of ending everything and chali gayi rone ek kone mein.....but the dialogues they gave her for that rona/dhona made it appear as if Adi is the one who kicked her out of his life....they could have done a better job of balancing the fact that this "lack of apne" is a situation of her own choosing since she walked away from them.

Well most people have been floating this fake/contract shaadi theory since morning so I responded mainly to that.

Baaki Imlie playing Nanny to Arpita is already a theory discussed earlier, toh ismein kya naya hai related to internship? 😕.....woh Imlie free fund mein kar degi as part of her general magnanimity and adopting any raah chalte log in the name of mahaanta. I don't see a need for a "contract" for such a thing.

Just cuz some of us have pointed out that Imlie allows ASR to disrespect her in the office cuz of her desperation for the internship doesn't mean it correlates to whatever she is willing to do for that Arpita.

All this is contrived drama running on the basis of ASR+fam not knowing Adilie are married.....they are conveniently showing everyone in the office also pretending like they don't know Adilie are married.....but it's not a news that can be hidden for very long.....if any weird propositions are put in front of Imlie, woh khud bol degi she's married and Adi bhi aayega apna tape recorder bajaane.
