Maa calling and Akshara calling

I was getting upset after watching the hospital segment. Only part I liked was Pranali saying that Abhi came rushing to treat Arohi partly because she is Akshu's sister. Today's episode and maybe the next 1-2 episodes are just going to be about this drama so I started watching from the first episode again.

There's a scene where he gets a call from his mother and Maa calling aata hai and he hits the brake suddenly and in today's episode also he hits the brakes the same way when Akshara calling aaya

I felt like this deserved a topic. On the trip when Akshu asked him what he thought about love, he said he only believes in the love that one has for one's mother. The respect and love that he showers on his mother is so similar to the way he treats Akshara. Somehow the suddenness of his love is palatable because of the way he feels for Akshu.

I can't wait for the love story to progress..one call from Akshara, one word from her and he'll drop everything to be there for her 😆 I just love the importance that he gives her. Even in today's episode during the phone call, Akshu said "okay" and Abhi said something like "Sabse important okay". He hangs on to every word, every look of hers. Aise hi rehna Abhimanyu Birla ❤️

I know that anything can happen and nobody knows what the makers are going to decide to show and what the storyline will be but accha sochne mein kya jaata hai..I just want to live in my la la land 😛

Many in this forum think that the love story is so fast tracked that there is no connection to be felt and Abhi's straight forward approach also bothered quite a big chunk of the audience. But as you said, their love - abhi's especially - is based on respect. Since day 1, he had been fascinated by Akshara's character to say the least. Her love for the family and abhi's dialogue "Jo apni family ko itna pyaar kar sakti hai wo kya mujhe bhi same pyaar degi?" - so since day 1, it was quite clear as to why he was falling for this woman. Her kind nature when he witnessed Akshu giving her "anya" to the poor/villagers instead of caring to win the competition, to which abhi's dialogue was "Anya purno, bilkul maa jaisi" which again shows the magnitude of respect for Akshara in his heart. and most of all, her singing - Abhimanyu Birla was out and out hypnotized by all four times Akshu sang - from O Kanha, to Lag ja gaale, to Piya Tose to again O Kanha...He found peace, he found solace to his wounds in her songs. So it was never about her looks or "love at first sight". The whole love story is based on a much deeper connection than we give credit to.. and I think it is impeccable!

And you're so right about the love at first sight part..it was never about her looks or something superficial. That connect that they have is so special and so rare that Abhi is going above and beyond to preserve and protect it.

Abhi's love is more about soul stirring emotions. He follows a girl's voice. And he wants to forget her first so he plans a holiday. But as luck could have it he meets the girl with the voice. And they have an instant connection.

Akshara is the one who says-- have we met before? Sure they did in the hospital but the dialogue meant much more.

Abhimanyu constantly grabbing and saving a slipping Akshara could also be a subplot of the storyline.

Akshara reminds Abhimanyu of his mother. The musical connection, the simplicity, the selfless love for family, the gharelu nuskhas, the annapurna who is just like his mom. He has enough of the go getter, confidence attitude himself and he know what he really wants is the balm that soothes his soul in the fast paced competitive environment he is surrounded with.

He describes her as sukoon to his mother, jo use apne maa ke aanchal mein milta hai.

I love that Abhi knows exactly what he wants.

He has more things similar with Arohi - toppers, go getter, confidence, doctors, coffee lovers, profile mein dp nahi... etc etc.

So he does not need to marry his twin. reall!!! 😂

I loved how he make akshara so important, anything related to her is very special to him that is why he was tolerating Arohi also.

I think there will be no abhira for few weeks.

You said is so right here. I was thinking along the same line too. Love at first sight doesn’t have to only mean physical attraction. Yes there is attraction but to so many other things than just the physical aspects. It can characteristically too and soul stirring like you said. Also I’ve always believed you don’t need a reason to fall in love with a person ( at least not one specific reason for it), it can be for many reasons, it can be for no reason at all. Love is something that is felt not explained, and you don’t necessarily need words to express it. It’s like how we say a picture can speak a thousand words. The eyes also can speak volumes. I believe that’s what happened with Abhira and Abhi. They didn’t need to say it to each other in words, it was felt and understood. If not for the Arohi MU, Akshara too felt it as love. Love doesn’t need a million years to blossom but a mere moment. Another thing I like to point out about how everyone’s complaining about how he didn’t ask her first and went straight for the proposal. He already knew from their interaction that she felt for him. Yet when we went with the proposal to her house, he never said your daughter and I are in love and want to get married, no he said your daughter has changed my life, I like her and want to marry, please also ask her opinion. Goenka’s didn’t do that clearly. He knew what she valued and that’s the approach she would have wanted him to take and so he did that. He gave respect to what she respected and asked the elders first. I don’t think Abhi’s love was ever rushed nor his way of going about it wrong. Yes they could have shown his feelings more in those two days, but not because he needed time to realize it but for us to realize it.

This!! I also love that Abhi knows exactly what he wants. He knows that Akshu is the one for him and that is so different from what we usually see. People spend so much time in denial and then in fighting their own feelings and after a long time they finally acknowledge and accept their love.

lol at the twin thing 😆 When Abhi and Arohi both ordered coffee, she looked at him like he's her soulmate..as if ordering coffee is the most distinct and unique thing ever 🤪

When I'm rewatching the episodes, I'm able to understand more. I get where Abhi is coming from. Their connection and the way they speak to each other without saying much is what Abhira is.
