So didn't understand why didn't you liked her acting during that scene😕

Lol. The reason why I liked that scene was because she did that thing with the sob...it's hard to explain really. Her voice went deeper, instead of becoming squeaky which she usually does. When we usually cry, well, I cry at least, there is a choke-y feeling in our throat which makes our voice heavier. It still gets squeaky but in a painful way, instead of the way she does it. Everyone cries differently, I get it but still it feels, idk better or something. IT'S SO HARD TO EXPLAIN I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT I AM WRITING!!

Even that hug was actually good. People have obsessed over the long shot, height difference. But i thought it was intimate for her to rest her head on his chest, for him to comb her hair, the face cuppin, the honest confession that he is important to her, she cant lose him, the bond with him....i loved it.

Oh no, that is not the one I was talking about. I liked that one. I am talking the latest latest. The escalator one. That came out of nowhere truly. It just...felt weird.

Personally, I find Neil to be the best. He acts with his eyes, you know. Whether it be love, hate, or pain, it is really reflected in his eyes.

But as many pointed out, Kishori Ji is also pretty great.

She was so good in both the confrontations...you could see the pain, the heartbreak but trying to cover up. In a series of bassss by all the actors in the series, I love her 'bas' to Pakhi in the vaada confrontation in front of the family. There onwards there is a constant growth.

Post Aaba death scenes were heart wrenching to the core, the pain was just too raw, so was her acting...with each passing day, her acting is getting refined.

Ousting track and subsequent Virat getting shot, the food gorging scene and the dialogue delivery/ voice modulation was one of her best scenes till date, still she used to lag somewhere here and there. She used to stress unnecessarily on some words, took pauses at wrong places in sentences but lately this has stopped.

Neil is good but he overdoes in emotional scenes, looks bored in scenes where he has to act like Rono. Those closing eyes expressions are overused...the boredom is seen through the screen.

My pov though...

I forgot!! Yup, Aaba's death scene crying was awesome too. It was the best crying scene of hers.

The hug in the escalator was of relief. I didn't find it weird. I was definitely annoyed by how unecessaily childish the makers made her. They could have shown same scene after saree got stuck when she was normally going up escalator.

A little bit hit n miss acting wise happens with everyone including the senior actors n Neil. None of them are 10/10.

Ayesha is much less experienced but still giving a performance at par to them. She has become nuanced. I have always found her to be the most dependable. She has even outshone neil in several emotional/confrontational scenes. Neil has elevated scenes with his acting but on some days he looks bored n has grossly underperformed..

Ayesha may not be there yet but she has improved a lot from what she was earlier. Her voice modulation was horrible in a few earlier episodes to an extent that she was screechy. But she has now improved. She is still not a solid performer but her improvement is on an upward trend. Yes, sometimes she does falter but she is promising. There are scenes when you literally feel for her due to a solid perfect. Lately she not been horrible or unbearable to watch.

Ayesha has improved a lot ..I think all of us agree with that. The friends track was a bit overdone, even then the emotional scenes she did well.

I always keep saying ... earlier Sai was brash and childish, mature when she had to be..in fact mature way beyond her years. She spoke sensibly.

Recently, they're changing her character to really childish. Like her asking ...why does BK get a room to herself and what's wrong with her getting a room...I found it ridiculously childish. Sai was not like that before. Her characterisation is all over the place.

She's definitely not the best, but her efforts are showing. Sai makes me tear up many times.

Kishori Ji is the best followed by Neil who has also had many off days.

Ideally, I do think even if they don't believe in their characters at any point they shouldn't falter. Both Neilsha tend to do that. It's a daily soap format which is long running.

I am impressed enough with Ayesha to be curious about how she would perform other characters in the future.

I find Neil to be performing best on the show. As for Ayesha she is sometimes good and I personally do find her off in the recent epis...

Even when makers mess up Sai's character/dialogues, Ayesha performs it in a way that makes it palatable n Sai still remains endearing. That is why I think shes so good. I dont find her screechy or weird..in early episodes she spoke like a north indian but now you can see the difference in her accent/diction. She is saying the words correctly. Recently she said Virat chavan with the Chavan sounding authentic Maharashtrian. So her pronounciation also is better. Whatever material is given to her Ayesha justifies it. Even when I dont agree with her, I see her conviction and sincerity.

Like I didn't like the excessive childishness on escalator but Ayesha did it convincingly. She still made it watchable n palatable. Thats the mark of an excellent actor.

Her character is also the most lovable. Sai is my reason to watch this show.

So i have fast-forwarded scenes of all other actors at some point but not of Sai or Virat- together or individually.

For me right now ,Ayesha is more consistent than even neil. She has a better strike rate. Neil has been fab as Virat in many scenes but recently Neil failed at conveying any softness, love while he was angry at Sai pre accident. He just looked angry, abusive. Whereas when Sai was upset at him, her eyes always showed the softness too....

Actor playing pp cannot even be mentioned in the same bracket as others, definitely not neil n Ayesha. She is terrible. In the past she didn't have much to do so maybe we didn't realize. But now after tolerating her on screen, you can see how utterly incompetent she is. She either looks constipated or overuses glycerin to cry for random shit. The only thing she can do is roll her eyes. her pronunciation n diction is way off. Pathetic is how I'd describe her performance.
