Thappad the movie, the song belongs to.. is a powerful one… I liked it a lot… The kind of courage Tapsee showed in that movie, if Raavi could imbibe only one percent of that, the story would have been different…. at the end they will show a reunion but at what cost?

Shiva is reduced as Dev 2.0… in his tashan and anger, he is agreeing to get engaged to another girl and then leave her on altar.. how different is he now from Dev?

Raavi who defies Prafulla and Shiva openly… only two individuals who atleast care a little for her …and stands meek in front of others when they are insulting her beyond one’s patience level… how is she different from a door mat?

also post all this, if and when reunion happens .. will Shiva still enjoy the hero status that he used to for his selfless sacrifice? will Raavi be able to respect Suman the way she used to? if we call Prafulla vile for her acts then Suman has an equally vile tongue…

I am not able to relate to this couple for a long time now…you cannot force a person to get married because of an oath… what will Suman do when Shiva do not love Disha back? or Disha and Shiva also fought like Shiva and Raavi… and Disha says bad words about him.. will she throw her out as well? and then get Shiva married again? it will be a never ending cycle…

Suman for a person who claims to be experienced cannot see past her ego… She can’t value selfless efforts of Raavi.. she can’t see her own son’s agony… she failed as a mother and as a mother in law … but she will be glorified in the end and that is my issue with this track and this show…
