How do they have the transfer papers ready always

Specially when Vanraj in rage asks Dolly to sign the papers that was supposedly not pre planned and he just did it in anger and then immediately regretted it. It’s like yeh logo ne sabke transfer paper mahino se bana rakha hai thinking it will be of use in such raging situations.. that’s so weird.

They went to a lawyer n ordered 2 dozens property papers, so that they can play "pass the property" whenever they r bored. They also asked for discount frm the lawyer for purchasing in bulk a la "Monisha" style 🤣
