Salman shoots for Hello |
Flying high
Move over bikes, Salman Khan now wants to take flying lessons. The actor, who recently shot in a chopper for brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri's Hello, which is based on Chetan Bhagat's One Night @ the Call Centre, was so overwhelmed that he expressed a wish to take flying lessons.
A unit member informs, "While enacting sequences in the chopper Salman engaged in a conversation with the pilot. He wanted to be behind the wheels of the plane but the pilot didn't give into his demands. That's when Salman decided to get a license for himself."
In the film, Salman plays himself and attends Being Human concerts in his private chopper.
More on Sallu
We were quite surprised to hear that despite a hamstring injury Salman Khan had jogged all the way to R K Studios from his Bandra residence to shoot for Dus Ka Dum, the reality show which he is hosting for Sony Television.
Our source says, "Salman, who was scheduled to be at the studio around 12 pm, reached there at 12.30 pm. He was jogging and was accompanied by a couple of security guards. What was really surprising was that he had recently had a hamstring injury due to which he had even missed a recent award show."
Another close friend of Salman says, "Bhai loves jogging. I am sure he missed out on one that day's work out and that's why he must have jogged all the way from Bandra to Chembur that day."
However Salman's secretary Vikas Kapoor said, "No it's not true. He has a hamstring injury. How will he jog so much?" Evidently he hasn't accounted for Sallu's whims.

Sallu is so busy that he has no time to sign contract papers sent by Rupa and Company who had intentions of featuring one of his paintings on the cover of Chetan Bhagat's forthcoming novel, The Three Mistakes of My Life. Bhagat, who is familiar with Salman and his family, had also chosen the painting but the publishers were very particular about getting a no-objection certificate and other legal papers ready before going to the press. Ultimately, Bhagat had to abort his plans and the cover (along side) has now been designed by NID graduate Rachita Rakyan.
