I feel another major reason why didi cannot move on from Virat is his importance in house which Samrat does not have. Now Samrat doesn't even have the army job too while Virat is an IPS. These things matter alot to her, like she once said to Virat that since Sai is going to become a doctor, that's why he is falling for her.

I feel sad for Samrat and Mansi that they are stuck with the lusty bhabi and cannot get any break from her directly hitting on Virat 24/7. But this is so true , the knew nothing about eachother, not their personalities, their likes/dislikes when they thought they fell in love. Samrat's job is to keep her tied to himself, so that she doesn't go after Virat in her full capacity and Virat can be happy with Sai, since then relationship boundaries come into picture. Poor fellow doesn't know that she doesn't have any moral compass, is using him and will still go after Virat while remaining married to Samrat.
