Will Abhi end up marrying both Akshu and Arohi.

Akshu because he loves her and Arohi because Akshu asks him to. I don’t think it will take this route but does anyone feel like there’s a teeny tiny slight chance that it might go this way.

Thank God, I don’t think I can watch the show if Abhi’s character is butchered this way and he ends up with anyone other than Akshu.

Nehi nehi kabhi nehi..... If He marries both who will do his doctor doctor wala kaam...? His time will go in doing seva to his one nehi two two wives... Abhi will surely not take such a risk in life...only Akshara nehi tho only doctor who is single and not ready to mingle types... 🤣
