I can watch this sequence on loop.. music .. angst .. all on point… Shangun Pandey is definitely growing on me… and Ashi is a good actress… I don’t agree that casting is mismatch… its perfect as per the concept..

not sure about their romantic chemistry but tashan chemistry is on point…

I meant consistency in his character's behaviour not thoughts, sometimes it looks like he is subconsciously willing to accept her with his actions where he cares about her as a human being, and there are a lot of times she indicates she has a soft spot for him outside of what Manushi has done, but then his harsh words steers them back to square one, and that constantly ends up hurting Rajvardhan, Chachiji or now even Anubha's hopes for these two to find a better pasture. His thought process is the same, even after living with Meet H, while he should have actually questioned it and tried to contact Kunal again for the truth, so that he can get it off his conscience how he sees two sides of her. His understanding of Manushi, god save him. She is going to break both her and Meet H's hearts in one go when her truth comes out. Even the karwachauth fight, he lashed at her and closed her mouth and then later when he found the truth, he was obviously guilty because he would have done the same for his family. They found an implicit understanding then, and suddenly three days later he broke it by hiding the truth about the pagphera. How would it make a difference if he kept her in confidence he is looking for Manushi? She would have helped him only na. The others in the families are with their own interpretations so wont read much into that. Yes, he is looking for closure and hopefully he is not going to believe the letter, but then again, if she does pin it all on Kunal, he wont exactly punish her like we have always hoped and the closure would become a new beginning with them as bhabhi and devar. But post that hopefully he starts to fall for Meet H.

bhabhi -devar or jija-saali… omg no Jija-Saali .. in ITv .. jija-saali romance (I hate this term and feel so cheap writing it too) is on the rise …

bhabhi-devar is difficult.. I think Kunal and Manushi’s wedding holds no value.. I haven’t watched earlier episodes but correct me if I am wrong didn’t Kunal bribe that pandit.. and the shaadi wasn’t done. properly.. just taking 7 phere and sindoor mangalsutra does not signify as marriage… and I think that is how Kunal will get rid of Manushi since she has no wealth to her name…

Talking from OG standpoint, here is no romantic undertones or feelings to the devar bhabhi here, that is a relief. She enters the house for the money and property, Kunal tries to get rid of her and have an affair with Chhavi, that is the only triangle she is in. Yes, Kunal will try to prove it all as fake, but she will manipulate Ahlawats to accept her as Kunal's half. At no point, she is between both the Meets with a romance subplot so no worries there.

but Kunal himself is not wealthy and he is not part of ahlawats… if he is then how come he is doing all this con man kind of jobs… I don’t know about OG but here I am a little dubious about Kunal living in Ahlawat house in future…

Mama Mami take him in at some point, that is why they keep showing him as being related to them.

Kunal's dad WAS wealthy, then got into wrong stuff and that is how Kunal's mom died. This was discussed between Raj and Babita when they caught Kunal's glimpse and Meet met him outside the shop once.

He got into wrong company. Kunal will reform in the future when he falls for Chhavi though.

I didn’t know this…anyways isn’t this how every show goes..

one person is wealthy and then he accumulate people as relatives or family members who are behind that wealth..

for example… Masoom and his husband hoshiyar.. although Masoom by birth holds a right to the Raj Ahlawat property.. but she is plotting to get her nanad as her bhabhi .. I am also quite surprised why did she marry hoshiyar? he doesn’t look well off and masoom quite frankly is money driven…
