Salman Khan, Kajol and Aamir Khan were original choice for the film.

When Kajol was not available due to her schedule Mansoor signed Aishwarya Rai.

Salman Khan was not ready to play brother to Aishwarya. So, the director replaced him with Shahrukh Khan.

Aamir Khan was supposed to play Aishwarya's lover but Aamir didn't like his role due to its less importance than SRK's role. Mansoor Khan then casted Chandrachur Singh, a fresh face for the role.

Am I the only one who found her ordinary here?
