I mean the preview says that they r step brothers

But the story didnt mention this even once...So maybe the track is changed..

And even if they are step brothers...it hardly matters...Cause they love and adore each other too much

yes he is like prem as of salman character ,just like these three brothers remind me of those three brothers of hum saath saath hai

I love Prem and Preet's relationship. They are very close to each other and seems like they understand each other really well too. Prem is really quiet and soft hearted person who doesn't say a lot, but it seems like Preet understands him even when he doesn't say anything. Prem is like the perfect older brother who shows the right path, and Preet is the perfect younger brother who respects and listens to his brothers. I love them both (Prem more)😳
