This has been discussed in Great detail in the initial AU threads.here is what I know briefly.
The cast of PS was getting along really well initially.there were a lot of reels and fun BTS moments. The girls were really close.shiny and Alice would be seen hugging and kissing each other during shot breaks. Alice would be sleeping on maami's shoulder.KD and Simran would be making dancing videos with full on energy.
Alice and Simran shared a make up room, Alice was giving an interview when Simran entered and they had told they got along really well,they even danced together in the iv.shiny and KD posted appreciation posts about each other. Commented nice things.she had even said in an initial live that shiva hum sabka favourite character hai.
Then they started drifting apart during the haveli track I guess. KDice unfollowed maami and vice versa.i think the rest of the cast are cordial and professional with each other but not exactly friends.
KDice are close to kinshuk and his wife.

I guess it happened when fans started abusing other actors. KD made a video I guess, I stumbled over it some time. I don't know. Even during the haveli they were fine. There are a lot of pictures of them hanging out apart from shots.
Now it has just gotten ugly. I don't know about others but KDice certainly maintain distance from maami.
And probably from others too. I've seen a lot of stories from where we can make out that every member hangs out together during lunches and other stuff apart from KDice.

what exactly went wrong? any idea? I wasnāt following the show but I saw few videos from Haveli time.. where in one Kinshuk/Kanwar/Simran/Akshay were dancingā¦
then in another where all were there dancingā¦shiny with towel in her hairā¦
and then Anitaās video where they were seeing off Kinshukās wifeā¦
infact Shiny got married after haveli sequence and I saw whole cast hang out then as well..
so I am curious exactly what has gone wrong? Also I noticed that Srashti/Anita mostly keeps to herselfā¦ she is not part of any groupā¦she hangs out alone or with oen or the other team memberā¦
that initial walk manā¦ I am always get tempted to watch maha episode but I do remember what happens after that walkā¦

I am not sure.there are a lot of speculations about what could have happened.but real reason to kisiko nahi pata.
