tina i agree he never asked his daughter what she wants and he has made her like a puppet without having her own identity and why on earth he wants her to make career in painting, i think he is having a son with meera and wants him to run walia empire after his death😡 else he must have tried to involve ganga in his business too along with paintings or he might have started a new business to give new lights to ganga career in painting, but no he is dumb and will remain dumb ever

he is worse as he did not make proper inquiries about calling guests to show their daughter and he never asked his daughter whether he likes the person or not, so still he is worse who was not able to find out the nature of family in which he was gonna give his daughter. he has failed as a husband and has failed as a father too.

When has Jai Walia made inquiries to find out any kind of information regarding something that would affect his family 😕. For 16 years he has slept with a sociopathic murderer and has not inquired where Atharva is or who or how Bani was killed even though he knew the killer was a member of his own family. Too much to expect anything that requires using brain cells from Jai Walia.

yea he is a sucky father but today the scene where he told the guy that eggs were getting expensive and that rahul doesnt deserve those either was a gr8 scene. he showed them who was boss. 😆 but he should've asked ganga in the first place what she wanted instead of jumping to conclusions. it's bad to assume because it makes a a** out of u and me.

nina, my question is why he was not able to see the one he is chosing for his daughter is not a settled guy as from update it looks like the person is unemployed nikthatoo in hindi, so i think JW has failed as father too as he was not able to find a suitable guy for his daughter

from story what is shown he is as rich as ambanis, bill gates, and mittals and tata's then why he chose someone who was greedy and expecting 5 or 6 crores, which as per what they have portrayed role of JW might be salary of one of his staff per month, so JW was not good in finding out a husband for her daughter and he just selected someone based on face value as he did not find out about the family and employment of person 😉

The update of the serial gives a brief account of what's happening. If one watches the video, then it is clear that Jai is a good father. Not only does he tell the guy off and says that he will not give his daughter in marriage to such a house, Jai also apologises to Ganga. He promises her that she will not have to bear any more "Girl seeing ceremony" and hear any unwanted comments. He encourages her to pursue her painting, stand on her own feet and become an independent woman. Jai was being supportive to his daughter!

As for Ganga not being computer savy, does it mean that she is illiterate. Then I must be an illiterate too, because I too am not too computer savy! 😆 One can be educated as in having a degree and be interested in the arts, you can't call such people uneducated just because they are not computer savy. Ok, it was a little over the top to say that she has no computer knowledge, but that does not mean that she isn't educated.

As for asking the wrong family to come home to see Ganga without enquiring about them, believe me, in real life too, even after enquiring, things can go wrong. You hear good things about a boy and his family and the opposite happens! If luck is there, you don't end up marrying the wrong guy, but there are girls who do end up unlucky!
