Ohh and with chole bhature there's this huge panga with me. I always misjudge how much chole I need with my 2 bhaturas(which I promise initially myself, I won't have more than 2).but then choles are less and half or so bhatura is still remaining. So I get more chole, then bhatura is finished but chole remain. And here goes the cycle until I eat 4 bhaturas.

Also why do restaurants serve 2 giant bhatura with a tiny katori of chole?

I had Amritsari chole & cheese stuffed kulche...not great but anything is better than eating bland food of these angrez people. Moong dal halwa was divine😆
