They had multiple fights in task. When Simba pushed Eishan was there. Umar n Karan had a deep conversation last night n told him whatever u decide I stand with you.

This is the proof he was there for Umar, but even if he wasn't I dont get why Pratik Umar fans every one keeps expecting from KK.
