Anupama has to learn presentation , paperwork to succeed in business

Anupama has ideas but she has to learn how to make proper presentation and she has to learn paperwork . She is dumb in that department. Hope Anuj teaches her how to do that basic things. Anupama has to learn a lot now as now she will live alone and now she has plenty of time without any family responsibilities. Anuj can come there or help her on phone itself but now she really have to work very hard . One thing i liked in today's episode that Anu consoles Anuj that its not his fault as he is feeling guilty and Anu's mother and brother thanks Anuj and gives him credit 😊

Loved how Anupama was with her most valuable persons when she is eating that ladoo- her mother, brother, Samar and Anuj😳She said mayne ye rakhta hai ki meri maa, bhai ,beta aur mera dost mujhe galat nahi samjhte , at this statement Anuj smiles a little😳Now Anupama considers Anuj in her close circle space.

Most higher ups and c-suit people don’t work on presentations themselves. They only talk on phones, take meetings, negotiate and cut deals. They also don’t have to go through piles of paperwork. They have people working for them who summarize, bullet points and give briefing/minutes.

Basically higher ups only take tough calls, make decisions and hold tough conversations and crack deals. They don’t do paperwork or make presentations on their own. And here Anu is a partner, so technically she will have people doing it for her.

Anupama ko sabse pehle khud ka email id banana sikhna chahiye !

Anupama ka email id Nandini ne khade khade kitchen mai banaya tha ! Anupama ne toh sirf user name bola tha suggestion list mai se !

she had no willingness to learn how to create email id with Nandini’s help ! Yeh tak nahi bola , nandini you can guide/teach me , this is my first ID and I will create it on my own !

Fir writers bolte hai ki anupama ko strong independent samjo sab ! Kaise samje isko strong or independent! 🤢

Anupama ke pass Teams/Slack/Trello/Balsamiq kuch use kar sake waisa smartphone bhi nahi hai ! Dabba phone mai kaha se kuch naya sikh payegi ! Pata nahi Puri project team ka internal communication kaise hota hoga !! Fir lecture degi ki half india dabba phone use karta hai ! Behen autowale bhi tere jaise dabba phone use nahi karte hai! 🤢

Partner ke designation par sirf ideas bolte rehne se kuch nahi hota ! Basic email draft karna , Excel/PowerPoint ka use karna itna toh BUSINESS PARTNER ke designation par aana chahiye ! Itna toh logo ko associate ke designation par bhi karna padta hai !

Anupama ka pura time character assassination ko justify karne mai chala jata hai , Anupama ke against society ka koi na koi morcha chalta rehta hai ! Aise mai kaha anupama ke pass itna time ki yeh sab sikhe ! Fir bhi usko strong /independent boli aisa writer chahti hai !

Anupama sirf idea ke basis par higher ups and c-suits ke category mai aa toh gayi but kya sahi mai higher up and c-suit logo ko khud ki email id tak banani nahi aati ho aisa hota hai !!! 🤔🤔

Higher up and c-suit people khud yeh kaam nahi karte that doesn’t mean woh log aise honge ki unko email id banane jaise basic kaam bhi nahi aate hoge ya fir PowerPoint open karne jaisa basic task bhi nahi aata hoga !

Point is basic task toh aana chahiye ! Kare yah na kare designation ke hisab se that is secondary!

Suppose some changes are required, even if in picture , content text, tables etc., if you specifically tell "What, how, where and why" changes are required, employees will give more respect. If you generally give comment and do not lead them and leave it to their taste they may laugh at you or comment about you.

Exactly! Agar apko basics bhi pata hoge as a team lead fir toh they may laugh at you !
