Thinking out of the box

If Nikhil and Meera do their engagement then it will force UK to leave clinic or perhaps go to some other city so not to face this unpleasant situation.

If Meera and Nikhil don't get engaged and Nikhil keeps on troubling Meera she will have to go different clinic or if Adi and Sanika get engaged it will.certainly force Meera to go out for treating this unpleasant circumstances.

Is this an arrangement for U and M or both to be missing in action from serial so they can do their Drama or any other commitments.

After Covid now theaters are getting open so these top artists may need more time to be out of serials ?
