Not really. TRP audience are not teenage Fatejo or Jasfa shippers. They don't care about pairs. All they want is drama. Only thing Fatejo fans can do is to drop that YouTube channel, which again won't affect the show but only actors. All this noise online won't make any difference. Makers will show whatever they want as long as they get support rom TRP audience.
