She was around 20 or 19 when she got married. When she was appeared she was around 40 Nandini was around 19-20.

Added all the leaps around 40 years she would be now mid 80s...I have extended family members who are late 80s and watching their great grandkids getting married. My Cousin son is getting married lol I am only 24.

It is not far fetched

Many people are living to almost 100 now so it isn't far fetched.

Nandini was 28-29 when the show started, not 19-20.

And it isn't so much about her age, more about how she's basically the last standing OG Singhania lol. All the women died by falling of cliffs & men disappeared/died. The woman outlived the entire family!

nandini was 22-23.

Akshara and Varsha were 20, Rashmi 19, Naitik 21 and Nandini was elder than him.
They made so much fuss about her being an unmarried older sister coz in Yeh Rishta universe if a girl doesnt marry at 20 then she is a doomed spinster 😕and if she doesnt have a baby at 21 then she is infertile

Naitik was 22 when he was introduced & 23 when he got married. Nandini was 5 years older than him. If you watch Akshara-Naitik wedding episodes, the 5 year age difference is clearly mentioned. Also again when Bua Ji creates a fuss about Nandini-Mohit's marriage.

And Nandini wasn't infertile due to her age. IIRC it wasn't mentioned directly.. But one disability can often cause other issues. Infertility can be caused by contracting polio at a young age, like Nandini did. Her infertility was a sensitive representation of health issues, not age bashing.

Actually it's not justified. Even if she was 45 in the beginning, Naira was born after 6-7 years of their marriage. Naksh was already born. So she must be 52ish, then Naira has lived for at least 30 years. She was 30 - at least when her daughter was born. After the multiple leaps. So Bhabhima was 82. Now the daughter herself is probably 22-23. So Bhabhima is at least 100+. 🤓

As far as I remember Bhabhimaa got married at a very young age most probably in beginning of her teens- 13/14 years. Anyway why are we searching for logic in tv shows?

During bhabhima - dadaji marriage anniversary one play was setup by family members, in which akshara played bhabhima , and it was mentioned that when she got married when she was 16 . Nandini born after an year at 17 .

During introduction akshara was 19 n naitik was 21

Nandini must be 25-26 becoz it was told that she married someone who is 4 year younger than her i.e. Mohit who is of Naitik's age . So clearly she was 42 that tym. Probably 49- 50 when naira was born n dadaji died

Then 10 years leap . Then naira's rishikesh leap of 8 years

Probably she was 68-70 during naira's wedding !!

Akshu was born atleast 10 years after naira's wedding . So she is not less than 80 when akshu was born

She is probably another baa of itv I must say .

And she is a only actor n character who is there in the show since day 1 .

Bdw if we go by serial's timeline , this show is running 65 years ahead of where it started . 👏
