Reason cleared for the fear that Vanraj was so worried about.

Both Anupama and Anuj resting in the room. As I expected Anuj did fall sick. I did have a slight doubt about it when I saw the episode and it did get confirmed. So even when Anupama will explain the situation no one will believe her and hence she will leave the house.
