He is one of the 9 Independent Witnesses(IW). Lets say he is BJP person, the other witness also revealed so far is also related to BJP because he has pictures with BJP ministers including Amit Shah and Modi. These are 2 IW. I'm not sure people even know how NCB select IWs. But one of the earlier Supreme Court verdict says "non-examination of independent witnesses is not fatal to the case of the prosecution when other prosecution witnesses are found to be trustworthy"

Not just that.. Once court knows that some of IWs were questionable they have to adopt greater degree of care while scrutinising other IWs.

There is another verdict of Court which says in NDPS cases even not having IWs is not fatal to the their case as long as they have enough evidence to prove the reliability of their prosecution case.

I don't belive the conspiracy theory about 'dealy' because it's celebrity kid. Indian judicial system works like that, we have so many cases pending!

But the bjp folks involvement in case is shady. The new video where he is providing phone for aryan to talk. I thought he was some offficer, witnesses have these powers? NCB's statements on this video might add clarity.

If you wanna explore NCP and SS fadfadana in this case you will have to connect some dots between Bollywood friend of circles and NCP politicians. Its personal business for them in stopping NCB.

Do you know one of the NCP minister today said "Drugs would become sugar if SRK joins BJP". Just check his background. kitne nek insaan hai wo. Kitni mehnat kari hai unhone ki ek Vegetable Vendor ki naukre se leke mantri ke safar mai unhone 3000 cr ki property bna li thode se time mai.
