It"s only human to attend to.a person who just ate some thing that he/she is allergic to. You don't need to comfortable with or in love with that person to do that. Even a stranger would be more attentive in the situation.

I think it is poor lazy inconsistent writing - or CV’s attempt to exaggerate the Vedika effect on Ram so that the dumb audience gets it how much he loves her🙄
