He said to someone in a Whatsapp chat that they'd have a blast. That's what the *brilliant* and *unsullied* minds at NCB are calling evidence of potential crime by some unknown person or persons in the future, because of which they cannot let Aryan go.

Forgive me, but isn't that somewhat the premise of Terminator?😆

Anyone who supports what NCB is doing in this particular case is either ethically deficient or willfully blind or really hasn't paid attention to it. For the 2 former groups... wait until its your turn. Trust me, it's coming. And there will be no one around to speak up for you.

But cannot see/read Judge saying..

Perusal of papers show that though nothing has been found from possession of 1, six grams of charas was found with accused 2 which was concealed in his shoes. Admittedly, accused nos. 1 (Aryan Khan) and 2 (Arbaaz Merchant) are friends since long. They travelled together and they were apprehended together at the international cruise terminal. Further, in their voluntary statements, both of them disclosed that they were possessing the said substance for their consumption and for enjoyment. Thus, all these things go to show that accused 1 was having knowledge of contraband concealed by 2 in his shoes. Thus, it can be said that it was in conscious possession of both the accused.

Oh u mean trying to bust a drug racket is called monitoring? One should have the freedom to consume and sell whatever they want inspite of it being illegal?

If politicians' and businessmens' children do drugs it's OK for all to do? Who knows ..Aryan Khan case may lead to exposure of all such elements. First we say govt doesn't do anything..and when agencies do we say they r monitoring and unnecessarily harassing.

Ya Aryan's offence is bailable..and he will get one soon. But if he is being kept in judicial custody there may be some reason or some leads from him that may help to reach the roots. Why to look for a conspiracy in everything?

And FYI ..the person whom u people hate n criticize doesn't have a child for whom he may want to accumulate money ..or whose child would do corruption or drugs or land him in trouble.

Abt rest of the politicians..u can say whatever..

If people around u r criticizing the govt for trying to correct a wrong going on since long..pls change the people or their mentality..

Again..even if 1000s of people r doing something wrong.. that doesn't make it right.

Like media..all news channels r hyping up this case. Instead let the agencies n courts do their work so he can come out soon. Right now situation is such that even if he legally n officially gets bail soon media and public will say it's coz his father is an influential celebrity. Just paying the price of being a celeb ..u r meant to set n example..good or bad depends on ur choices.

Till now SRK enjoyed the perks of being a celeb..so much loved and adored. Now he is seeing the downside.

For me this situation is like Amrutmanthan..it's a great churning which is bringing out all the rot right from the bottom

So why did the court deny bail for just trying to have a blast? Even when NCB was forced to admit he didn't possess drugs?

Let's say NCB is wrong..but what did court see in the case to deny the bail?

And believe me there r many who hail these courts when they reprimand the govt on something saying courts r the saviours n govt is useless.

So pls don't say they r also corrupted when verdicts go in opposite direction
