See, I understand now that this is Karan's first instinct. He just goes in another mode. Its actually not because he gets angry, its something to do with how is body reacts.

However, if that is how he is, he shouldn't actively participate in tasks then and should have let Pratik take the tickets. He must be responsible for his own act. P was not hurt but this is not done.
