When even the courts have been bought by the ruling party...then who knows....this situation is really scary for law abiding citizens when even the courts crumble under pressure...I have no hopes even from HC now..

He must be enough qualified to get that position, but does he have his own individuality? Or he will dancing on ASG's tune like session court judge?

High court comes under State Govt.

But depends on Judge

He seems to have links and knows people.

HC comes under state govt (judges are chosen by SC CJI, President of India & governor of state) as far as I know.

While NCB is under ministry of home affairs & is directly under Amit Shah.

Baaki ka we don’t know. 🤷‍♀️
