Have lots and lots of soup...it's my daam remedy for anything lol. Here also similar policy with sick days and long term illness. Some companies even enforced family day. Some companies are wicked if you don't use your Vacation days it gets carried over to next year..my bakwas company doesn't have that policy so I milk all the days and abuse it in Dec. I relocated no longer in Emerica.. in the land of honey now. Anyone who guess right gets bonus points. 😌
