It's simple .. writers are just ignoring Shiva's basic trait as a character and making him do it to stretch as much as we would tolerate ..so will keep giving shivi romance in between while keeping the dagger of disha hanging abv..once ravi breaksdown and confess, shiva will be back to the original shiva..and put an end to disha...but the damage to the character will be done.. though we would be happy happy for shivi.
