They are trying to make wankhede seem like a social reformer of sorts. The irony is, he is probably delusional enough to think he is. 😆

Even Anurag Kashyap pointed out a year ago that he “wants to make a statement” when it comes to celebs.

It’s something they have actually being saying in court since last year.

Which is extremely odd since he has married an actress. And kranti redkar isn’t very unknown. Maharashtrians know her well. Her movie Jaitra was quite a hit back in the day (I wanted to watch it but now I never will). She was there in original version of chikni chameli which was remade by the same music director (original is called kombadi Pallali). He has some grudge or psychological issue. This isn’t normal. Is he unhappy that he married her ? (Ek tha villain vibes aane lagi hai mujhe)

In any other court Aryan would've received bail in the first hearing, the NCB knows this which is why they've stuck Charges which are only liable to be heard by the NDPS court. There was no way any other court could take this case before the NDPS court, the NCB made sure of that.

They know Aryan can't be held, just like Rhea...but they'll try to stretch it as much as possible. Unfortunately for them they're losing the PR war this time.

The difference between Rhea and Shahrukh....they should have known this that....SRK is loved my more than those who hate him....

Absolutely...I just hope all SRK fans keep their faith in the judiciary and remember this is a Special NDPS court, not a High Court/Supreme Court. I see tons of people on SM abusing the Indian Judiciary which is unfair. While nowhere near perfect, the higher courts in most parts of the country are extremely honorable and if this case was actually in an unbiased court of law, this would not have been happening.

What about the first hearing? Was that NDPS court as well? Not sure if the judge looked enough at the WhatsApp evidence before letting NCB have Aryan’s custody.

I trust HC in good metropolitan cities, especially Delhi and Mumbai. The SC too, just a few days back scolded NCB for holding a 66 year old in custody for 4 years! They even openly said that CBI cannot be trusted. So they are independent ofcourse

But I have seen really weird statements made by HC judges in places like Chattisgarh and Allahabad.

Also, I think it’s going to be Sameer wankhede whose life will be affected now. I don’t feel sorry for him, but I feel bad for his daughters.

They are not smart people. They thought they could railroad SRK the way they did Rhea? The funny thing is that they are helping to build his myth even bigger. And now they are going to have a very pissed-off man against them. They should have just left him alone since he was silent anyway.

All the neutral people are already on his and Aryan's side. Even cowardly companies like Byjus who made a fuss about pulling ads put them back on within a day or two. Now when SRK speaks, the ones remaining will turn also. The only ones left will the the usual brainwashed bhakts and nobody takes them seriously anyway. They've been doing Boycott Bullywood trends every day for a year and people just laugh at them.

No that was the Special Magistrates office and detention requests for 48 hrs are almost never turned down which is what the NCB seeked...its essentially protocol. The cops just have to say, the investigation is ongoing.

Yes, the courts in the Hindi belt have a reputation and for a good reason which is why I said most, not all.

Exactly...any time a child is hurt because of what their parents are ...its always sad...the kids are always the collateral damage....as much as I despise Wankhede...I would never want anything bad happen to his kids...they don't deserve any of this...
