Haven't been following this case too closely. But from the little I've read the modus operandi of the NCB is the same as in Rhea's case. Wankhede & ASG Anil Singh are both scums. They usually come with tons of charges & 0 evidence. It works in the lower NDPS courts but when the case goes to the High Court, charges like "Harboring a Criminal" and ASG's bhaashans of this is the land of Gandhi & We should set an example of Celebs...gets them trashed in court. The ASG was royally insulted by the Judge while granting Rhea bail & I expect the same to happen to Aryan once the case leaves the NDPS courts into a "Real" court.

Life will never give u..perfect options...atleast most of the times....I voted for Biden despite not liking him at all....but then he was against Trump....so had to choose the lesser evil...In India right now.....every one is a lesser evil than the current govt.....toh kya karein....

In the bigger picture, it'll show the power of the masses because the NDPS court is essentially NCB's own court. They are the Police, the plaintiff & the judge in there. In a high profile case like this or Rhea's, they almost never rule against themselves even if its just bail.

It'll not only be Aryan's victory but India's victory. Maybe this will wake them up when nothing else could.

In any other court Aryan would've received bail in the first hearing, the NCB knows this which is why they've stuck Charges which are only liable to be heard by the NDPS court. There was no way any other court could take this case before the NDPS court, the NCB made sure of that.

They know Aryan can't be held, just like Rhea...but they'll try to stretch it as much as possible. Unfortunately for them they're losing the PR war this time.
