A "normal" accused would not have be of ANY public interest and would not have served as a TOOL to keep people involved in that matter instead of others...AND there is this "coincidence" between Sushant's death-media covering and Aryan drug case-media covery just before elections...

The lack of public interest doesnât work out in their favour in that instance. No one knows of their injustice. Ab toh even people like my grandmother who watched news 24*7 on TV is saying Aryan is innocent without me or anyone telling her anything.
Look at the number of cases against reporters and comedians in India. They are even charged with sedition.
Misuse of law is not uncommon. Even dowry laws have been changed recently where burden of proof is on the accused. Even relatives of the man who donât even live in the city could be jailed.. if the case is fake.. imagine entire family in jail, the guy will loose job as well.
A normal person even after heâs a acquitted will still have trouble getting a job. BGC Will show criminal record
Itâs not like ânormalâ people donât face the brunt.

I just feel bad for Shah and Gauri the most. I remember KJo saying Shah is HYPER when it comes to Gauri and his kids. What must he be going through at this moment?

Why do I feel like ASG will want a tea break and then a lunch break and then any random break and then he will be tired and won't want to continue and will be like " I will speak again on Wednesday"
And IF today...that is a BIG IF they grant Aryan bail, Viral and Manav will hound him and be like dekho dekho Aryan ko.
What I think - and hope for - that the way this case unfolds will help to concentrate on the judicial system intertwined with political interests and personal power interests.
I would like to see in this ordeal a beginning of a wake-up call that will start a positive change in thinking and acting ... haule haule (if this is Hindi for "slowly, slowly")..
