Frankly, I was expecting this answer from IBF itself as I have complained earlier also when Sai was harassed by CN walas in the saree gift kaand. I got a reply that it's fiction😆 I was surprised that this time they actually forwarded the mail to the channel😲

If they receive a complaint, they have to forward it to the concerned team. The fact that they responded is nice. Sari gift kaand? Haa they are actually right. I know the general consensus of the forum is that Sai is being abused but I&B only takes major action only if the content shown is extremely disturbing. If you see scene wise, Sai ran away. I get it that locking itself is wrong etc but the 'victim' and the entire scene was not 'disturbing'. For moral compass, no channel or production house is obligated to preach. Also as a response, PH and channel can also show the scene where Samrat yells at Virat saying that it is violence by calling it as 'educating' the audience. I am glad you did your best and complained. Don't get me wrong but I am only explaining what can happen.

From 1-10, Kal Patralekha ki kitne level ki beizzati, insult, apmaan will happen...

They might have got many mails, that's why they forwarded it to the channel😆Par mujhe samajh nahi aaya, channel ke content ke baare mein independent regulator ko complain kiya toh they forward it to the channel😆 Shows how the whole process is a sham!!
