Poll
Why is Raghav not at fault for spending a night with his ex-girlfriend?
Disclaimer: I haven't watched the show since Sharada said there was no need to report a murder. Nor do I know what I'm saying, in general. I hope you will find this poll ironically funny. It is not meant to make fun of any members for their opinions.

How can Raghav be at fault here. He is just trying to get much needed closure from the girl who cheated him by sharing a room with her and having whiskey party.
Whatever happened is only Esha's manipulation, Raghu is still an innocent who can't keep his promises to his so called love aka his wife.
And most importantly this is time for Raghav to give back Pallavi for taking care of her supposedly sick ex-husband with his permission and support. Only Raghav can have payback as he is the ML of the show.
Oh my my you cracked me up big time buddy . Yeh kya tha . Sharda said you don’t need to report a murder 👏🤣Originally posted by: BrhannadaArmour

Also I loved Ragahv. Needed one free pass after rejecting Anjali And Sulochana 🤣
Can we plz choose more than one option plz . Is that allowed ?
Yes; I set the poll to Multiple Votes Allowed.
Just another brilliant poll. 😆
Just like last time I have answered honestly.
Raghav is hawt . You forgot to ask add this imp option 😌
Everything will be forgiven and he will get sympathy instead.
His first adhura love is getting complete , be happy for him 😊.
Pallavi who ? She’s just his emotional crutch. At which he’ll yell whenever he feels like or hug& cry whenever he needs support bas .

And also if it wasn't for Pallavi he would have never broke the promise given to his soulmate on not marrying anyone else than her.
Pallavi is just reaping the harvest of her mistake. So Raghav should be forgiven. PERIOD.

Raghav is emotional man , so he cheated emotionally.
Not his fault , Pallavi should have thought before loving this guy

That is so superficial! Inner beauty is what matters, so I said that his innocence is in his eyes.
For the sake of good taste, I also left out this option: Raghav is just trying to strangle her in two steps this time: SR + tangle.
SR = suhāga-rāta
So, Raghav said Pallavi's name, his drinking companion heard him and proceeded to kiss him anyway, and Raghav remembers engaging in something with her, which left him naked, because he thought he was with Pallavi. Based on this, some members are saying that Raghav is not responsible for whatever he did while drunk, that he is a victim, even that the woman who "violated" him should face legal consequences because she was "sober."
I want to respond to that with two facts:
1. Alcohol dispels inhibitions so that you do what you want to do without worrying about morals or consequences. It is not a hallucinogen, meaning, it cannot make you see or feel someone who isn't there.
2. Any sex act takes time and effort. It is not as fleeting as being kissed by surprise.
What this means is that Raghav didn't imagine Pallavi. He just called her name, the way a drunk person asks for someone, and he didn't care that the woman he was seeing and feeling didn't look or feel like Pallavi, because he had voluntarily drunk to the point that he lost his inhibitions. Sorry if this is graphic; he proceeded to touch and be touched, get aroused, remove clothes, continue stimulation, move in rhythm, change position ... he had plenty of time to stop in mid-act and say, this is wrong, I can't pretend you're Pallavi any more. He didn't do that because he had made himself too drunk to care.
If one partner calls out the wrong person's name before or during sex acts, that doesn't make the misnamed partner a predator. She had lost her inhibitions and didn't care if he got her name right. He was awake enough to consent and uninhibited enough to use her in place of his wife, even if her face didn't match, and she was awake enough to consent and uninhibited enough to accept role play.
If Raghav is going to claim that he would only perform such acts with someone that he thought was Pallavi, he deserves to be questioned:
Was your motive to please Pallavi, or only yourself?
After so many months of waiting for Pallavi, did you expect her to approach you so suddenly?
Was the setting - your touch, your scent - as special as Pallavi deserves?
Did you want to talk to Pallavi, or just move your body with hers?
Would Pallavi want you to be drunk when you handle her?
Didn't you want to be fully aware of your intimacy with Pallavi?
