one thing i didnt like rhea told everyone that ahaan was drunk and taking ishqi's name but she loved him this much she couldn't resist him?thats totally taking advantage if positions were switched then its rape but since ahaan is a guy it isn't?i guess it would take time for society to become this progressive

about whole rape point, well, that's the tragedy, IPC also defines rape as when a man puts his penis or any object in vagina, mouth, urethra or anus of a woman against her consent ...

the law also doesnt recognise that a man can also be raped
