Pallavi has time and again proved her love and unconditional trust on Raghav. Yet, everything is back to squareone. No progression at all😳.

I see many people defending Raghav saying its good that he did not shared with Pallavi what Esha replied to him otherwise she might have felt bad and he was just protecting her. Like really?🤔

Few are saying thats its his nature. I understand that thats his nature but after so many incident and progression he is still doing the same thing. Then how can you justify his act? I will wait for tomorrow's episode before commenting further.

Pain and insecurities

1. Pallavi is a very trusting person and hence normally would never fear losing Raghav and have insecurities. This is because of her secure past as well as her unfailing trust in Raghav and their relationship.

2. Raghav's past makes him insecure and he fears abandonment. In this fear, he will resort to drinking, behave irresponsibly and be impulsive and shut her out.

Priority

1. Raghav was always her priority and she has proved this time and again but Raghav never made her his priority.

2. Pallavi chose him over D family even when she didn't love him.

3. She went to jail so that he doesn't sacrifice himself for Keerti.

4. She took a bullet for him.

5. When he told her to leave his house she didn't leave him but tried to show him the right path.

6. She didnt go to the police with the diamonds and compromised on her morals for her love.

7. In comparison, for him it's always my business, my family, my sister.

8. He was hurting her for something that wasn't her fault in the Keerti track.

9. In the last week, he says my business and she says our.

10. She even went to dasri to get him back the deal.

Fighting for the relationship

1. Pallavi has always fought for their relationship through all the tracks (mandar accident, his return and the idealogy track, keerti return track). She never left him nor even thought that was an option. In her own words, she doesn't know anything apart from loving him.

2. Raghav has always taken her for granted, shunned her, lied to her time, publicly insulted her and again and is doing the same even now.

3. Whereas Pallavi has been nothing but trusting of him. I understand Raghav has a past baggage and is highly insecure and worries abandonment but Pallavi has taken a bullet for him as well.

Communication

1. Raghav is generally someone who will shut communication and not confront whereas Pallavi is more practical and would talk to sort things out. These are their basic character traits. He needs to grow up to trust his wife, she's always proved she's going to be by his side.

2. Raghav needs to come out clear and stop lying to her. No relationship works without trust. In Mandar's time also, Pallavi was so transparent with Raghav. She did whatever she did but she wasn't lying to him. Her stand was clear and it was Raghav who was insecure. I agree Pallavi made mistakes along the way but Raghav will make them too in this track.

Ownership

1. Also, Pallavi has always taken more ownership of their relationship and they are still together only because of Pallavi. Otherwise one problem and Raghav in his impulsiveness won't hesitate to push her away.

I'm not bashing or critisizing Raghav, he's written that way but he needs to grow up now.

She's been an emotional anchor for Raghav for way too long that she's always pushed her own emotional needs to the background. The last conversation in the yellow sari, she was herself shook but still gave him support.

Pallavi will leave this time and he will have to give her the assurance of his love. It was always the other way around, her assuring him she won't leave. Raghav needs to realise her importance in his life. I know he knows but his actions of insulting her or pushing her away of lying to her constantly speak otherwise.

I want to write a more detailed one of comparisons between Raghav and Pallavi but I'm short for time. I love both of them equally and believe their relationship is quite balanced for the most part. I just hope Raghav trusts Pallavi in this track and both stay together.

This 💯...you wrote everything perfectly and I completely agree with the above post... Their relationship is imbalanced when the emotional aspect is considered...its always her being his anchor, his emotional support.. Its like she doesnot get to feel vulnerable because Raghav needs her to be his support which should not be the case always.. Let it be the other way round for once... Let him assure her be her support emotionally and make her feel secure. I feel pallu is very secure in the relationship and will feel hurt only if he lies to her which I think he will😕...hoping for the things to not get cringy( I dont like the precap where he is blowing to her wounds so softly but lets wait for the episode before reacting)

I’m not sure if he’s going to leave after his ex proposed to him and hugged him which is something he should do right away but I feel he’s going to stay there with the excuse of not leaving her alone in the room in this state kind . If this happens then I won’t blame Pallavi even if she accuses him of EMA and asks for divorce coz Raghav has literally asked for it…

People lie by choice only when they know they are wrong and that itself is cheating…

Here Raghav has no compulsion to lie..he is choosing to lie so yeah he is cheating Pallavi..period…

As long as the track is done tastefully and not same old daily soap storylines or that will end this show really quick

-don’t want to see Raghav getting trapped in a molestation case

-RR getting drugged and taken advantage of/ child with ex

-pallavi leaving RR with his child only to come back 5 years later

Payback? Really? What has Pallavi really done to payback to Raghav?

Lets counts....

1. Trusted him over Deshmukh's

2. Helped him to sort his issues with his mom

3. Assured him of her love and presence time and again

4. Believed in him and his lies even when Sunny kept showing her the truth

5. Took a bullet for him

Even in Esha's case, she is focusing on his pain rather than mulling over her own insecurities. She priorities him and his need to be comforted over her own discomfiture of her husband crying over his ex. Today during her conversation with Raghav she chose to voice her curiosity rather than sulk. Where is she wrong?

Despite the circumstances of their marriage, she always tried to see things from his perspective. She trusted him over and over again above all. Even when things were obvious in front of her eyes, she trusted his words over any evidences.

In Mandar track... Pallavi acted dumb, agreed, but more or less it was out of obligations she felt towards Deshmukhs. Mandar's presence per say didn't make a difference to her. She was inclined towards her Aayi and baba and he was merely their son and nothing more. She was always communicative and transparent to Raghav because she held back nothing. Even Raghav was more insecure because of Deshmukh's ways... he never doubted her intentions.

Any number of times when Raghav asked for assurance from Pallavi, she never denied him. She never shunned him or shut him up. She never asked why was she asking her the same question again and again.

But Esha track is completely different. Unlike Pallavi, Raghav is emotionally attached to Esha. Yes I would say, 'is' and not 'was'! Had it been was, he wouldn't be so volatile to her presence. So even if it's not love and its hate or pain or whatever, Raghav is carrying the emotional baggage of his breakup with her. Is it fair to dump that baggage to Pallavi? She didn't even want to know about his past because she had faith in him. But when he started to act wild, past or no past, as wife she had the right to know what was going on.

Unfortunately, Raghav has abandonment issues and escapism is his way to deal with things. Whether it's using alcohol, spinning lies or shutting off uncomfortable questions, he's a pro at it. He snaps at the questions that makes him uncomfortable. Why would anyone not get suspicious of his intentions?

There is nothing that Pallavi has to payback for... they both love each other equally. But Raghav can't handle his emotions. It can't be tit for tat situation especially when this man child doesn't even know how to handle what should he feel or how should he react.

Said that... I would also maintain that this is a relationship of equals. They both have their own flaws and their own strengths. They both complete each other. If for every small thing they start listing down then this relationship is doomed. And if this relationship is doomed, they go down the drain along with it. His abandonment issues will drive him to insanity and since Pallavi has known loneliness, she may survive without him but her soul will be dead.

The fact is, if not for Pallavi Raghav was on a path of self destruction and if not for Raghav, Pallavi was living a life burdened with obligations.

I think the writers have made it clear that this story of raghav and pallavi is one where raghav is a project and pallavi is a fixer.. looking back i think the writers had only this theme in mind for raghav and pallavi.. with pallavi’s dialogues of badal gaye since after the marriage track makes so much more sense from the writers pov of their said theme.. raghav becoming a version of raghav that pallavi likes him to be like and raghav after all the resistance and hurting and all the works ends up becoming what pallavi wants him to be.

Problem is not criticism , problem is people have resorted to sl*t shaming and victim blaming in large numbers quite carelessly here and on SM, when they was no fault of hers at all, and even if she made some foolish mistakes, she didn’t deserve that level of hatred. Even now Raghav (though true to his character) is making few mistakes, yet people see it as Karma when in reality her consent wasn’t there at all in whatever Mandaar did.

@bold I remember being so shocked when I read it and called it out right away. Women saying such things about other women is something beyond my understanding. 😡

As I've said many times, people can criticize or provide feedback but there's no need to cross lines of decency for that. Such incidents show you how people really think about these kinds of issues in society and why it's so hard for widows to move on and make a fresh start in life. Women are pulling each other down instead of pulling each other up to succeed together.

The CVs missed a great opportunity to drive home this point in the Mandaar track and educate the audience in the name of drama because they didn't focus on Pallavi in the right way. At least, that's what it looked like to me.

I called Raghav out for his actions during the Mandaar track, not just with Pallavi, e.g. tracker incident amongst others, but also most recently what he did with Keerti, but then people said I was bashing him so I stopped (for a bit! 😉)

Raghav had first earned Pallavi’s trust and not love . I would say it’d be big loss for him if he loses it now because of his impulsive actions .

If she loses trust in him then their relationship will never be the same and will most likely be over.

I don't think she will stop trusting him, though but might start feeling alienated and become aloof.

Pallavi has been secure because she didn't feel a threat to their relationship before, but we've seen glimpses of her jealousy so I'm guess they will weave that back into story. I could be totally wrong of course, and this might be going in a whole other direction.
