The real reason why SRK will not be opposite her, is because SRK still plays hero, playing with Neena will automatically make him a side role in the eyes of launde lapade.

Unless it is a story oriented movie, where say SRK is willing to play an old man caricature, he will never work with Neena or any other old heroine.
