I agree, for me, it's quite interesting as we don't know much about them yet. Adds to the suspense factor. But hope the story segment ends sooner so can move on to other tasks. 😭

Lotus - one thing I hope for her is that the others don't start to treat her differently ('elakkarama') and push her aside. Should give her some grace period to adjust to her new surroundings as it's a culture shock for her too. But since Annachi and CP in there for now, she should be alright if she treads carefully.
