Hello, Karlacris, welcome to the forum. As a Newbie, you can't tag the member to whom you are replying, and quoting doesn't work for you unless you remove the HTML, so my suggestion is that you include that member's name in your post. Then the correct person will know that you expect a reply.
Another friendly suggestion, with all respect:
I cannot read Portuguese, and I think that is true of most members of this forum, so when all of us want to reply to you, each one of us has to copy your post into a translator on the internet. If you could please include a translation into English (or Hindi, but some members can't read Devanāgarī script) after each post in Portuguese, that would be just one person having to translate, and you would get more replies.
