I was thinking in some grey shade role only...both characters should be grey. As in Kinza's character also has villainish traits so does Danish's character. Both morally corrupt chracters.
i guess the girl commented to get attention or maybe some ill thought sadistic pleasure lover person or some really idiot. And ayeza gave a befitting reply never in her thoughts that user would have thought ki ayezq ye reply karegi. She is some very irritating and jelous person.
