I am glad I picked this serial from among everything! The first episode I watched was GrihaPravesh of SaiRat after their wedding. And I knew the pair is going to be big! I always loved to watch NeilBhatt in DABH so he got me interested in the show, but eventually fell in love with Sai and Virat characters. I still think, in ITV scope this is one of the very few good storylines. Thanks to Bengali writers, they come up with such a good plots. I had a long tryst with Bengali stories and they never disappointed starting from Devdas! Anyone remember 'Intezaar aur Sahi' from DD during 2000s?(May be I am too old here). So I have natural tendency to incline towards stories from Bengal. Anyways, I hope they dont disappoint us with the story going forwared. Just remove the crap and make it better. I am sure we will see this serial for next few years.

And the forum...what I can say. I had wonderful time here. I started visiting the forum and was following Janaki and Lakshmi a lot. Then Siya's EDT reviews were so much fun. How can I forget those wonderful times during Holi track. Hilarious. 🤣I am sad that lot of friends left from EDT too. I hope the confession track brings us together again. And ofcourse, the 18+ thread was the best one to have loads of fun!! simply hilarious.

I just read Neil's interview on this occassion on what he said about his character. And I agree with him. If you see Virat's character objectively then may be we can enjoy this story better. This is part of the story and the life of a character which will only help the story to move forward. Therefore all we need is some patience and understanding. Lets make the forum great again!

Let me share my journey with Ghum. I too saw NB in DABH and liked him in that. I saw the promo with interest only for Neil. But the vaada part kind of irritated me even in the promo (yes, yes, I am prophetic😆) and I did not want too watch it. But since I had nothing else to watch, I started watching the episodes after SaiRat marriage - frankly I was not particularly drawn to them. I had almost thought of giving up the show...when I saw fierce Sai Joshi defying the Chavans during DIG incident and I got hooked. She was so different from the usual ITV bahus! My interest in SaiRat grew only after watching their fight scenes during Amey track. Only then did I watch the GC episodes - and I became SaiRat (or rather NeilSha fan). From then on started my addiction to ghum ganja. 🤣

While reading Sai has been straight-forward for me, Virat was a very very tough nut to crack. 😆It took me a long while to even begin to understand him. Pooja and laksh posts have also helped me a lot in understanding Virat in the past. I have tried as much as possible to be very objective as far as analyzing Virat is concerned. Unfortunately, this track broke my heart. 😭I was very hopeful that makers would not copy KD, but thats what happened.😒

I joined the forum around March or April. The forum made sure I stayed addicted. 😆My favourite parts of the forum are the analysis threads as well as the EDT. How addicted i was to EDT....so addicted that I would miss my exercise sessions everyday. It was so much fun....cannot even describe it. Loved Siya and Deepiku...both seemed to have left.😒Among the analysis threads, I love Neerja, Pooja, Sadhika, laksh, Asmi, msin etc. I too liked the 18+ thread, but Wildy went missing. Muguet thread is damn fun too. 😆

Yes forum is something I never miss. My kid and husband make fun of me when they see this forum opened on phone or laptops. They are pissed actually that i spend more time here. :D I should reduce

I follow Siya's posts sometimes in twitter. She is striving to make twitter a better place. Wish she comes back here and participate in EDTs too.

Special mention to starplus for posting sairat pics & other chavan members pics on 1 year anniversary instead of trio or virakhi pics. Atleast channel didn't disappoint us.

Honestly I was little apprehensive joining Ghum fd for obvious reasons 😆..i understand their sentiments.. But trust me these all shall pass if we just give ourselves little more time.. Be patience..

More than this show I used to love reading your reviews....loved how you all have analysed every character in the show that made me glued to ghum ganja 😆❤️..And how can I miss the awesome ffs, SS, os writers.. some of your stories nothing less than a novel itself ❤️
