I'm so sorry to hear that - but I'm glad you and your mom found that wonderful support system. ❤️ My cousin also experienced that same/similar loss - she never remarried and remained as close, if not closer, to her in laws / her kids paternal family because of how much love and support they showered over her. It's easier said than done to move on from that.

More over this is an itv show where there is limited time for an episode and desperacy for trp numbers. They can't just show everything so sometimes we have to bend our ways to understand them
