I don't believe in physical punishment, but a really tight budget and a job where you actually have to work would go a long way toward building some character.

When you don’t have time on your hands, and have responsibilities and work - you would do better. Hard times do make better people, most of the times.

But idk I feel, he is going to be extremely apologetic after this. It always seemed like he didn’t want to be compared with SRK, or knew he couldn’t live up to be like him and thus doesn’t want to act. It’s going to hard on him to put his parents through this.

Jaldi karo SRK. Kya kar rahe ho aap. Aapka hi beta hai. Pehle chhuda toh lo ghar mein daant lena maar bhi lena chappal se agar itna gussa hai toh.

Who is srk 😆

You know, money has power but people don’t realise.. I don’t think it has THAT much power, unless someone decides to bribe each and everyone just to get out of a situation (which may not always work) but not everyone with money goes that way.

Politicians, high post officials, industrialists - they are the ones with actual power.

The N word is used by some Black people. Do you think it is appropriate as a desi to use that word when addressing them? Likewise for the P**i word used by Pakistanis. It’s a derogatory term and just because they use it between themselves, doesn’t make it OK for others to use. Smh.

But for NCB to plan an operation for weeks, send 20+ officers at the cost of 8 lakhs EACH, to a cruise ship of 1800+, to find only a handful of drugs is weird.

On top of it, the guy they placed front and center apparently had no drugs on him, nor did he test positive according to reports. His mobile had no evidence, either. What they got on him was his admission he has used drugs. Which, to be frank, I'm not surprised by. The young and the rich tend to be stupid and entitled. If he did it, he should pay for his crime. But testing for drugs presumably includes hair testing, which can show evidence for 3 months after last drug use. So if NCB's tests came back negative, it means their prime nab hadn't taken anything in 3 months.

Moreover, the NCB guys made sure their pics appeared with the guy on social and traditional media. They made it seem as though the paltry stash of drugs they did find was on his person, despite fine print admitting he didn't have any.

Then the NCB proceeded to call a court into work on a weekend, got their demand for continued detention thrown out.

I have questions about how Aryan came to be on the cruise, too. He had no boarding pass and was apparently invited by an organizer. Which organizer? Any connection to the NCB? Admittedly, this part is speculation.

But yeah, this feels like a setup to net a high-profile name. Whether by publicity-hungry officers (which they clearly proved themselves to be) or something more is what I don't know.

In either case, the public should worry. They might gloat about a hated celeb being treated roughly, but this will not stop with celebs. It will eventually trickle down to the common man. A governmental agency (with or without the support of political masters) should not be allowed to entrap the public it serves. Aryan Khan should not be above the law, but he should not be below the law, either.

With re: BJP. They're in charge. When an agency under them misbehaves, they will be blamed. The buck stops with Modi. Or the Indian public should demand it should. Or else, the average person might find himself/herself in Aryan's situation one day soon. History should tell you it will happen. Russians cheered when the tsar and his family were killed. It wasn't long after that Stalin put a million of his own people to death.

This is eloquently put. Scapegoating the child of a high profile celeb, to make an example of, is not justice. Celebrities should not be allowed to pay their way out of prison, equally due process should not be rescinded from them. Turning a blind eye to this type of corruption is a very slippery slope.

Aryan is a druggie but so are rest of bollywood. I dont like srk or his son but i must say this is a bjp propaganda to shift attention from the actual drug case caught earlier. Bjp has done this kinda think many times.

My dad says this is the reason they do drug. They need to feel happy and excited. We get excited doing struggles and become happy when we achieve something. But in their life there is nothing to achieve everything is available. So how to feel happy? Drugs make you high and feel all emotions

Bhakt is not a derogatory term.

We are not talking about a term that has been used to enslave and, commit crimes against and discriminate people for centuries. There is no comparison with the N word to a bhakt.

I am scared Aryan might harm himself after he is out. The enormous public shame of being the son to ruin the legacy of his father who is of one of the biggest Bollywood icons ever, is going to kill him from inside. It's going to be hard for him. SRK and Gauri need to be very careful while handling him right now.

Sure, let’s run with a simpler logic for your benefit. I’ve seen daughters of Army officers put in their bios “Army brat”. I don’t think others go around referring to them as “Hey brat”.
