Ndps is super hard act. Very very very few judges would give bail on first hearing if the ncb asks for custody.

The question is more of why is ncb asking for custody when they have nothing on him till now. The only thing i can think of is that they want to drag this for limelight or srk pissed off someone in power.

I seriously doubt ki kuch bho hone wala hai iss case mein.. But i could be wrong. I'll be super surprised if they find anything else

it was stated by the lawyer from NCB that they initially wanted 2 day custody but they found some texts to a international contact in coded words which they think could be their link to international peddler. They initially requested custody till Oct 12 and later changed to oct 11. Court granted I believe till oct 7th because court believes the grounds hold some value and they don’t want to interrupt the ongoing investigation as it takes priority.

I called people hyenas for rejoicing in aryans misery, for being subjected to this even then there is zero proof that he has drugs on him or was consuming it…

For claiming he is a drug addict when there is no proof.

The main ground it seems on which Aryan’s side is arguing against custody is he doesn’t have any possession of drugs and he hasn’t consumed them as well. If those are found on his acquaintance possession, it shouldn’t be put on him as well.

and the lawyers of those guys who found drugs on them, is that the quantity is limited or something? (There was 3 lawyers i guess and SM was the lawyer for aryan)
