Who's your all time Tamil favorite music director?

Classic composers for me are Ilayaraja, then ARR.

Love Vidyasagar's melodies..

My current fave is D. Imman .. he also used to compose for serials IIRC .. theme song for Kolangal.

Also can't forget the legendary M.S. Viswanathan-Ramamurthy combo, A.M. Rajah, and Ghantasala .. so many old songs that are still popular to this day.

You really god great taste!! M.S. Viswanathan produced some of the finest music!! We love his voice as well! My husband loves “Sollathan Ninaikireen” song & my daughter Aadhiya picked up the lines too .. we might end up posting a song in his tribute too soon! :)

Indeed some great songs from him .. some of my favourite are Vizhi Moodi Yosithall, Alagiya theeyee .. wish there would be more of his work .. Vaarayo Vaarayoo Monalisa is Aadhiya’s favourite .. she likes to improvise with that song quite a bit ..
